Dalla passione di 3 amici veneziani, dopo aver provato ricette su ricette, nasce una serie di birre che si accompagna ai piatti tipici della tradizione lagunare. Birre non filtrate e non pastorizzate. Il deposito sul fondo è segno di genuinità e qualità del prodotto.
